FROM THE GATEHOUSE
Our neighborhood is growing and so are the number of visitors
each day. Please note the
following to help maintain a secure neighborhood and to prevent
a traffic jam at the gate.
- Residents must call the gatehouse
for all expected visitors, including deliveries, e.g., pizza,
dry cleaning, etc.
- Residents must send e-mail
notifications 24 hours in advance to ensure proper communication
between shifts.
- Residents must check and change
bar codes on their vehicles as needed. Faded, cracked or peeling
bar codes will cause a green light to show but fail to open
the gate.
- Residents with rental or loaner
cars, without bar codes, must use the visitor lane. Please DO
NOT tailgate behind another resident as residents think you
are trying to sneak into the neighborhood.
- Residents must notify the gatehouse
when they go out of town. Pet sitters and house sitters must
be put on the visitor list for those days. A contact phone number
should be left with the gatehouse for unexpected visitors or
deliveries, as well as emergencies.
- Residents should provide two
contact phone numbers, other than a home phone number, e.g.,
cell phone, work phone, etc.
- Residents maintain their own
recurring visitor lists via written approval both additions
and deletions. This
written approval must be dated and include the residents
name, address and contact phone numbers.
- Residents who have parties
and gatherings must notify the gatehouse prior to the event
and should provide a
guest list to ease gate traffic.
